Vinyl Graphic Specs
Setting up for vinyl graphics is a little different to the setup procedures
of digital printing.
Computer cut vinyl graphics and digital die cutting require a vectorised line
for the precision digital cutters to follow.

Encapsulated Postscript (*.eps)

Macromedia Freehand (*.fh11)

We have import facility on many other graphic formats please check with us
on file suitability.
With most vectorised files we are required to import these files into specialist
sign production software so it is important to provide us with a colour visual
so we can check no details have been lost during the importing process.

Important requirements for vinyl graphic file
preparation

All type is converted to paths / curves or outlines.

Strokes are expanded.

Pathfinder union features are used where possible to merge same linked colours.

Files are set up at 100% or an appropriate scale ie 10%.

Scale must be noted.

Paste Inside / Clipping Masks must not be used.
